CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (JANUARY 2024)

We are telling you about the construction of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.): plants planted, a fence installed, and the parking lot access system completed.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), the installation of apartment doors and elevator equipment has been completed. Work is underway to finish the public usage places (40% complete), commission the elevator equipment, and install equipment in the control room.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), brickwork of the walls is nearing completion (98% complete). Installation of windows is in progress (10% complete) and sewage systems are being installed.
