RC “Shchaslyvyi”: Be Happy in Your Apartment

   The roof mounting is over in the house at 50 Shchaslyva Str.! They are working on the installation of sidings at the roof bottom. Works on the insulation of the building are done in sections 1 and 6 and they still continue in sections 2, 4, and 5. Along with that there continue works on the mounting of rainwater runoffs. Rehau windows have been installed in the entire house.

   90% of the apartments plastering is over, there is only the 5th floor. So it is our advice to arrange the installation of under-floor heating, because as soon as on Monday floors will be filled with cement screed. 85% of plumbing works in apartments are done. Finishing works started in entrances: walls and ceilings are plastered before painting and refinement with decorative stucco. The connection of the building to water, gas, and electricity supply, as well as to the sewerage system will begin next week.

   Roof mounting works have started in the neighboring house at 61 Shchaslyva Str. The plastering of internal walls goes on in the 3rd and 4th sections of the house. Electricity mounting works will soon be over on the 5th floor of the 1st and 4th sections; they are finished in the rest of entrances. There have begun works on the distribution of sewerage pipes to apartments. Windows will be installed in all apartments by the end of this week.
