Walls in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th entrances undergo decorative plasteringbased on the spray technology. Also the installation of entrance doors in apartments and of drip caps above windows is done. Please be reminded that thebuilding has already been connected to all utilities, such as sewerage system, water, and gas. The bringing into operation of the 2nd construction phase at 10-B Lenina Str. will take place in August this year.

     As for the 3rd construction phase at 10-V Lenina Str., the house shell is erected and there goes preparation for facade works. At present the walls plastering is done in apartments and entrances of the building. KBE windows have been installed in the entire building.
