REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JANUARY 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting the floor slab over the basement in 4th section;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab over the 2nd floor in 2-3 sections (80% complete).

Further works include:

• reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab above the 2nd floor in 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) of the 1st floor in 4th section;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab over the 1st floor in 4th section;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) on the 3rd floor in 2-3 sections;

• arranging the foundation for the intermediate two-storey section between sections 4 and 5;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab over the 3rd floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 3rd floor of 2-3 sections;

• reinforcement (knitting of reinforcement) of the basement structures in 5-6 sections.
