REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JANUARY 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• installation of vertical sewer pipes on floors 1-7 of section 4;

• installation of vertical sewer risers on floors 1-3 of section 4 has begun;

• installation of a network and equipment for lowering groundwater inflows;

• excavation of a foundation pit for part of the parking lot in the courtyard has begun.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• installation of roof insulation;

• installation of a sloping screed on the roof;

• installation of reinforced concrete covers over ventilation and chimney ducts.

Section 4

• vertical sewage systems installation completion from the 1st floor to the roof;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts;

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 7th floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 3-4;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on floors 3-5.

Other types of work

• completion of excavation for part of the parking lot in the courtyard;

• installation of concrete preparation in part of the excavated pit;

• installation of concrete slabs, vertical elements, and walls in this parking area.
