RESULTS OF 2023 FROM THE NOVABUDOVA COMPANY

According to the established tradition, we summarize our achievements for the whole year at the end of the year. So let's briefly say what the company "NovaBudova" managed to achieve in 2023.

First of all, we will mark the start of the construction of a new comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofyiivska Borshchahivka. This residential complex will have its own shopping center "Shchaslyvyi Mall" with a supermarket "Silpo" and other shops nearby. The presence of a shopping center together with a developed surrounding infrastructure, as well as excellent transport connections, means one thing: everything you need for a comfortable life, work and rest in the Shchaslyvy Grand residential complex is nearby.

The construction of residential complex "Crystal Avenue" is underway in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. And already next year, it is planned to complete the construction of this complex, having completed the construction of the two final phases. And this year, the owners of apartments in one more residential complex building (11a, Oksamytova St.) received the keys to their apts, and many of them will celebrate the holidays in cozy new homes. The kindergarten of the m.Kids network "Mandarinka" has also been opened in the complex this year, and the construction of another underground parking lot has begun.

The construction of our residential complex "Shchaslyvy" located in Lviv in Bihova Street is scheduled to be completed next year. The residential complex is in the final stages of construction.

We would like to remind you that the last two 3-room apartments remain on sale in this complex at the old price of 2023, and the sale of commercial premises in the final 3 stages has recently started.

Therefore, in 2024, our company is planning to complete the construction of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" and the RC "Shchaslyvyi" (Lviv), as well as to continue the active construction of the RC "Shchaslyvyi Grand". In addition, the construction of a new business-class residential complex in Lviv is scheduled to start next year - the residential complex "LYPYNSKY"  in st. Lypynskyi!
