THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”: CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AND LATEST NEWS OF OUR COMPLEX

What's new in the business class RC “Crystal Avenue”? We are going to tell you in details.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) finishing works of public places (installation of protections of cold transitions) proceed. Start-up and adjustment works take place in elevators. And the arrangement of a membrane proceeds on a roof.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) installation of a playground proceeds. Laying of paving slabs is completed.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) plastering works (on 15-16 floors), installation of heating (on 8-9 floors), works on a floor cap (on 6-7 floors) contitues. The insulation of the roof is also in progress.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic frame works on the 5th floor are underway.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Work on the installation of fire-fighting systems and electrical work has begun there.

We will remind you that the third building in the residential complex “Crystal Avenue” has been officially commissioned. And the process of issuing keys and accepting apartments has already begun. To take your apartment and get the keys, contact the housing office (by appointment only).

We have also started selling two-level apartments on 16-17 floors in the IV building. And you have the opportunity to receive up to UAH 10,000 for household appliances in the Eldorado shop network.
