THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE” CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS DESCRIPTION AND THE REMINDING ABOUT SOME HOT SHARES

Herein we tell you that a new business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue” is under construction.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) the installation of cold transition fences has been completed. Installation of balconies on the upper floors has begun. Start-up and adjustment works take place in elevators. And the arrangement of a membrane proceeds on the roof.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) installation of a playground proceeds.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) roof insulation and plastering works are almost completed (1, 15, 16 floors remain). Installation of heating (on 11-13 floors) and work on a floor cap (on 8-9 floors) proceeds.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic frame works on the 8th floor are underway.

The underground parking lot second part construction is also underway. There are ongoing works on the installation of fire protection systems and electrical work.
